Tonia has owned Tonic Hairculture and Beauty
for ten years after purchasing the business
(previously known as Headquarters) back in 2001.
Since purchasing the business, Tonia set about
building her vision of a “one-stop beauty destination”
which culminated in the creation of the new salon in
2010 on Queen Street in Richmond.
Her aim was to provide more services to her clientele
in a salon with easy access – but for it to be a private
haven, away from the stark lights and noise of the mall
environment.
Tonia is thrilled with the new salon and is hugely proud of
her team who are professional and passionate about
what they do.
The team boasts seven senior stylists and an assistant stylist.
Stylists are continually training to ensure they are at the top end
of the industry standards.
The salon is proud to use world renowned Sebastian, Wella and
GHD products. The salon caters for both women's and men's
hairdressing; the men even have a dedicated cutting area!
Emma our qualified beauty therapist takes care of your regular
beauty needs such as waxing, massage, facials, manicures,
pedicures and is fully trained with the gorgeous French skincare
range, Gatineau.
She gives every skincare client a personal bespoke consultation
to tailor a regime for their skin type. Emma also is fully trained in
the application of eyelash extensions and uses the amazing
LashPerfect range.
Marianne is the dedicated makeup artist at our salon. She is available by appointment for weddings,
special event and every day makeup application and tutorials. She exclusively uses Youngblood
Mineral
Cosmetics which is a high quality skin supportive makeup range from California.
